Include the platform you use, the CalFit app version, what you expected, what happened, and the approximate time of the issue. Screenshots are helpful, but remove unrelated personal information first.
Account and sign-in
For access problems, tell us whether you use email, Apple, Google, or an anonymous account. Never send your password or a provider verification code.
Meal scans
AI estimates can vary with lighting, angle, portion visibility, and description detail. If a scan fails, try a clearer food-only photo or a more specific text description. You can correct an estimate before saving it.
Subscriptions and restore
Use Restore purchases in CalFit with the same Apple or Google account used to subscribe. Billing, refunds, and cancellation remain managed by that store. Restoring a subscription to an anonymous account restores access, not meals or progress, unless they were linked to a CalFit account.
A subscription belongs to the Apple or Google account that paid for it. If several people use CalFit with one Apple or Google account, on one device or several, the subscription stays with whichever CalFit account was used last.
Privacy and deletion
Use the in-app account deletion option whenever possible. For a privacy request or if you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address associated with the account.
Response and safety
Support is provided by email. Do not use CalFit support for a medical emergency. Contact local emergency services or a qualified healthcare professional when urgent help is needed.
