Using CalFit
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. You are responsible for the information you provide, your device, and keeping your account credentials secure.
Wellness, not medical care
CalFit is a general wellness and nutrition-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not diagnose, prevent, or treat disease. Seek qualified professional advice for health, allergy, eating-disorder, pregnancy, medication, or clinical nutrition concerns.
AI estimates
Calories, portions, ingredients, and nutrients generated from photos or text are estimates and can be wrong. You must review the result before relying on or saving it. Never use a CalFit estimate for an urgent or clinical decision.
Accounts and acceptable use
Do not misuse CalFit, probe or disrupt its systems, upload unlawful content, impersonate others, circumvent limits, or use automated access unless we have agreed in writing. We may restrict access where needed to protect users or the service.
Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are processed by the App Store or Google Play under the terms shown at purchase. Manage or cancel the subscription in the same store account used to buy it. Deleting CalFit does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
Your content
You keep ownership of information you submit. You give CalFit the limited permission needed to host, process, analyze, synchronize, back up, and display that information solely to operate and secure the service.
Availability and changes
We work to keep CalFit reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features, limits, providers, and supported regions may change. Material changes will be communicated where required.
Liability
CalFit remains responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable loss caused by a breach of an essential obligation and does not extend to decisions made from unreviewed nutrition estimates. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Ending use
You may stop using CalFit and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated misuse, legal requirements, or security reasons. Provisions that by nature continue after termination remain effective.
